1. Organiser The organiser of the Instagram competition "AYFW Village" is ABOUT YOU SE, Domstr. 10, 20095 Hamburg (hereinaftera "ABOUT YOU" and/or "organiser" and/or "we"). 2. Participants
Any natural person over the age of 18 is eligible to participate. Excluded from this are employees of the companies of ABOUT YOU SE & Co. KG, any cooperation partners and third party companies involved in the implementation of the competition, as well as their respective family and household members. Participation is free of charge.
3. How to:Register yourself via this webpage https://www.aboutyou-fashionweek.com/daypass and choose a day, when you want to visit the village. The day passes are on a first come first serve basis. After your registry we will check the availability and come back to you with feedback via mail. The Day Pass gives access for the AYFW Village and does not include a seat at the fashion shows
4. Closing date/number of possible entriesThe competition will run until 19.09.2022, 23:59 CET; late entries, for whatever reason, will not be considered. Participation is only permitted once per eligible person.

5. PrizesABOUT YOU will send you a ticket to visit the About You Fashion Week village in Milan for one day via mail.
6. HandoverThe prize will be handed over by by e-mail. Travelling costs and stays are not included. Costs incurred during the redemption are not covered by the prize.
7. Cash payment/exchange/transferAn exchange and/or transfer of a prize or a possible differential amount, as well as a cash payment, is not possible.
8. Termination of the competitionThe organiser has the right to change a prize draw period or to terminate a prize draw without notice at any time, e.g. if the functionality of the organiser’s systems should be restricted for technical or other reasons independent of the organiser or if there should be suspicion that a participant is attempting to influence the results of the prize draw.
9. Exclusion from participationParticipation by means of automated procedures or other manipulations or such attempts (including by third parties) is not permitted, nor is the violation of the conditions of participation or an attempt in this regard. In the aforementioned cases, for example, or if there is any suspicion of such, the organiser has the right to exclude a participant from the competition and to subsequently refuse or reclaim any winnings.
10. LiabilityThe organizer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special loss and/or damage suffered by entrants arising out of their participation and associated with any disruption in communications or power lines, failure of mobile telephone operators, effects of malicious software, unfair acts by third parties to gain unauthorised access to and/or disable the organiser’s software and/or hardware, or circumstances of force majeure. In such cases, the organiser shall not be obliged to reimburse any losses incurred by the participants. The organiser shall be liable to the participant for culpably caused damage arising from injury to life, body or health, for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence by the organiser, the legal representatives or vicarious agents of the organiser, as well as for damage arising from a breach of a guarantee given to the participant, without limitation in accordance with the statutory regulations. In addition, the organiser shall only be liable for the slightly negligent breach of obligations, the fulfilment of which is a prerequisite for the proper implementation of the campaign and on the observance of which the participant may regularly rely (cardinal obligations), and this shall be limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. The above limitation of liability applies accordingly to the personal liability of the legal representatives and vicarious agents of the organiser.
11. Data protectionThe organiser uses the data provided in accordance with the provisions of German and European data protection law.
Your rights In addition to the right to revoke consent given to us, you have the following further rights if the respective legal requirements are met: - the right to information about your personal data stored by us in accordance with Art. 15 DSGVO; - the right to have inaccurate data corrected or to have correct data completed in accordance with Art. 16 DSGVO; - the right to have your data stored by us deleted in accordance with Art. 17 of the GDPR, insofar as no legal or contractual retention periods or other legal obligations or rights to further storage are to be observed; - the right to restrict the processing of your data in accordance with Art. 18 DSGVO, insofar as the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful, but you object to its erasure; the controller no longer requires the data, but you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or you have objected to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO; - the right to data transferability pursuant to Art. 20 DSGVO, i.e. the right to have selected data stored by us transferred to you in a common, machine-readable format, or to demand the transfer to another controller; - the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or workplace or our company headquarters. Please note that it may no longer be possible to participate in the campaign if your data is blocked or deleted.
12. Final provisionsGerman law shall apply exclusively to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory provisions of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected. Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Participation be invalid or contradict the statutory provisions, the remaining provisions shall not be affected. In this case, the statutory provisions shall apply. The same applies to the closing of a contractual loophole. Legal recourse is excluded. Status: September 2022
